After being in the company of about 80 senators who was led by deputy Senate president,Ike Ekweremadu, Bukola Saraki showed up for the Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja this morning for the resumed hearing of the 13 count charge of false declaration of assets against him.However, the code of conduct tribunal postponed the hearing on the false asset declaration case against Senate President Bukola Saraki to 5th and 6th November.
Counsels to Saraki had pleaded for adjournment in order to wait for the outcome of the Appeal Court ruling.
