The governor addressing the crowd who turned up to welcome him from Abuja back home said indigenes of the state should remain calm and peaceful through out this trying period
He added that it is not right for him to criticize a judge but that;
the Judgment by the the Rivers State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal negated earlier judgments given by the same tribunal wherein they upheld my election in petitions filed by the Labour Party and the Social Democratic Party, only to make a contradictory u-turn and nullify same election for the same reasons they upheld it in other petitions.
