The Nigerian Senate has put off the continuous screening of other ministerial nominees to Tuesday 27th October, when it resumes again for plenary.
This came after the Senate successfully screened the ministerial nominees that was slated for today except University of Ibadan’s former Vice Chancellor, Prof. Issac Adewole(Osun) which will also take place alongside others when the senate resumes next week.
Among those lucky to be screened earlier today are former Speaker, Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Heineken Lopkobiri (Bayelsa), Claudius Omoyele Daramola (Ondo),Baba Shehun Mustapha (Bornu), Ocholi Enojo James (Kogi) and finally former Governor of Rivers State, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.
